Coming to Your Town

By Billy the Kid

It's been a long dusty trail
Our lips are chapped and dry
We need some liquid death
Under the pale blue sky

We heard that your town rocks
Down at the old saloon
So that's where we'll meet
From sundown till high noon

[chorus]
We're calling all pretty women
We're here to party down
With our six guns and whisky
We're coming to your town

Don't play that new-fangled crap
Just that old-time country sound
With some rock and roll for flavor
That's where we'll all be found

So kick up your heals tonight
With some boot-pounding stomps
There'll be some square dancing too
Straight from the southern swamps

[chorus]
We're calling all pretty women
We're here to party down
With our six guns and whisky
We're coming to your town

We don't stop till its last call
And then the real fun starts
Like New Year's Eve, 1999
We'll steal each other's hearts

Tonight the fun begins
So let yourselves go
Forever in the moment
Of one hell of a show

[chorus]
We're calling all pretty women
We're here to party down
With our six guns and whisky
We're coming to your town
